By filling out this form, you consent to MR.AB, as the data controller, using your data to send you information about offers, news, and events (newsletters, invitations, and other publications), as well as for statistical purposes and for managing and optimizing the customer relationship.

You consent to MR.AB collecting information you provide for the organization of events. This information may include images, videos, and/or audio collected during the events, which may be published and/or shared with third parties in the context of the event.

How long do we keep your data?

The period of conservation of personal data is as follows:

- Customer’s data: the minimum essential for the purpose for which they have been collected, and can be kept up to 6 years, in accordance with the provisions of art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code.

- Newsletter subscriber’s data: from the moment the User subscribes until they unsubscribe with the withdrawal of their consent.

- Event Data: Data collected for events will be kept for the duration of the event and may be retained afterward for promotional purposes, subject to your consent.

After this time period your personal data will be deleted. It is not planned to take automated decisions or to create profiles with the personal data collected.

What is the legal ground for processing? 

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent when you agree to direct marketing or are required to enter a contract, in case of purchasing our products. 

- Contractual necessity: We process your data when it is required to fulfill a contract, such as processing your orders.

- Consent: We process your data based on your consent, particularly for sending newsletters and marketing communications.

- Legitimate interests: In some cases, we may process data based on our legitimate interest to improve our services, maintain our business, or send you non-intrusive marketing communications.
